Rupert, Henry and the Revolvers are Rupert
(18), Henry (19), Josh (19) and Harvey (17).
Henry is the Lead Singer and plays Rhythm
Guitar, Rupert is on Lead Guitar and Backing Vocals, Josh is on Bass,
and Harvey
plays the Drums.
They’ve already achieved success as Lincs FM Song writing Winners 2007,
GS
Media Group Rock Open Winners 2008 and UK Live & Unsigned Finalists
2009 –
reaching the final 15 bands from 10,000 entrants. Their own songs have
been
played on radio stations in the USA,
Japan,
Australia,
New Zealand,
Sweden
and Germany.
They’re looking to get a hit single here in the UK within the next year.
But up to
present they still have their feet firmly on the ground.
Rupert, Henry & The Revolvers say, “We think
this is an excellent way of getting young drivers – us included – of
slowing
down and becoming aware of the dangers from driving too fast. We hope
young
drivers take away the message that it could easily be them that are the
next
victims if they don’t drive with care.”
